Cancellation & No show policy

  • At Be You Aesthetic, we understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance in order to allow us time to fill your spot. If you do not cancel in advance of 48 hours, or you are a no-show, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If a client has no-showed or canceled late three times, the client will need to prepay for any future services at the time of booking.

Late Policy

  • If you are late to your appointment, you will be given a 10-minute grace period. If you are ten or more minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged the cancelation fee of $50.

Credit Card On-File

  • A credit card must be on file to book any treatments.

Other Policies ​

  • Gift certificates cannot be returned, with no exceptions. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if the purchaser doesn't add your name at the time of purchase.

  • Memberships cannot be refunded.

  • We do not offer refunds on any of our treatments. We do our best to help you reach your desired treatment goals; however, results are not guaranteed and often vary from person to person.

  • No person under the age of 18 can receive any services at Be You Aesthetic.
